We pride ourselves in supplying a fresh and unique range using milk from our very own herd of Jersey and Holstein Friesian cattle. We meticulously blend our milk to create tasty, creamy and nutritious depth to our products.. oh and it is all done by hand to add that special little touch of love to every item.
Fresh Milk
Milk as it should be. Fresh, pasteurised, un-homogenised, with the cream on top! We differ from many within the industry purely by the methods of how we work our milk. We prefer to use to word ‘crafting’ when we talk about milk, because although we pasteurise our milk, we use a method that retains maximum flavour, texture and natural body rarely found in other milk.

Just like our milk, our cream is as fresh and natural as it gets. Golden rich in colour and perfect for pouring, dipping, whipping or just used as an ingredient. The natural balance of our Holstein and Jersey cows milk creates a cream with delicious sweet notes, unique to Oak Park Dairy.
