Matthew Mitchem
Matthew is the latest addition to the farming team, returning home in 2018 to build the dream. Living and breathing Oak Park Dairy, it has been Matthew’s vision since he was a boy.
Emily Mitchem
The big cheese, book keeper, responsible for all things cows. Emily joined the farm in 2014 and quickly found herself in the front row managing the farming activities.
