Our most frequently asked questions are below, however, if you can’t see the answer you’re looking for then please do drop us a line and we will happily get back to you.

How do I pay?

We will invoice for milk and additional products at the end of each calendar month. Fruit and vegetable boxes will be invoiced separately on each delivery. We will drop the invoice through your door on your last delivery of the month and ask for payment to be made on receipt. We take cheque or bank transfer, which ever suits you best.

What do I do with my empty bottles?

Please rinse your empty bottles and leave them on your doorstep the night before we deliver. Every bottle will go through our special washer and steriliser to be used again and again. Our bottles are precious to us so we record everything that’s delivered and returned by household. We do not charge a deposit as we like to trust our customers to return every bottle, please respect this.

Do you need the lids back?

To ensure great shelf life we do not reuse the lids, therefore you do not need to return these. However, if you wish to do so we will recycle them appropriately.

What is the shelf life of your milk?

All our milk is bottled fresh to order and when delivered will have a minimum 7 days shelf life. This gives you plenty of time to drink it and will be fresh until your next delivery.

How do I change my delivery quantity or add items?

You can change your delivery as much as you wish, adding or removing items is not a problem. All we ask is that you notify us of any changes to your delivery as soon as you can. If you have a Tuesday delivery we ask for you to notify us by Sunday midday and if you have a Friday delivery please let us know by Wednesday midday at the latest. This gives us time to adjust and hopefully not leave anyone disappointed.

How early will my milk be delivered?

We aim to have milk on your doorstep by 7am just in time for your morning coffee or cereal.
